Hueforge - multi colour printing

I don;t know how I missed this for so long but I just discovered Hueforge software and the interesting way you can create 2d/3d type prints, even without a mulitcolour capable printer.

That’s a great software package, and I would have loved to use it some years ago, but I have noticed that as the years go by I am less inclined to learn new ways of doing things in 3D, I’ve got a hard time just remembering how to do the most obvious things..

In short you could say, I’ve been put out to grass..

Johnny 5 didn't design himself

Its all about practice when we get older. I have found if I don't use software for a couple of weeks I forget some of the less used features. I'll prove that later today as I haven't used F360 for at least a month and I will struggle with it for a while.

Here's the thing though. I watched a programme some time ago where one of the worlds most respected neuroscientists was discussing what we could do to help lessen the decline of brain function as we get older. One of his top tips was to learn something new as it activates new patthways but in doing so creates activity in other areas too.

So, @The Hat, maybe its time to get the Hueforge software loaded up and follow a few tutorials to get you going. There are still a few days left until Santa arrives so maybe a new creation will emerge from the printer
