Hello everyone, I need help identifying a tool that I've seen being used in a few videos, I want to buy it but can't find it online.

It appears to be some type of EEPROM flashing circuit.

On the second picture I read HP7740HP7720 engraved to the mount, I'd think it might be a official HP tool?

Seems a bit of an excessive mounting solution for it to be an aftermarket tool, but for a official service provider or factory it would make sense.

I agree. Those things produce nearly no heat. I'm puzzled as to why such a complex/large mount.

Owner's business website is here:
https://www.pctek.com.mx/

Why not just email him and inquire. I'm sure he can use Google translate or another translate program if he doesn't know any English.
