I have a little problem with my printer.
I am quite low on cash lately and don't have the time nor the money to go buy a new color cartridge for my HP 6310 printer.
The problem is it tells me to insert a cartridge on the left. When I do so it says that the cartridge must be replaced.
I talked with HP support online and they told me that the printer would not work without both cartridges.
So basically the fax machine, scanner and copy machine also don't work even though the black cartridge is still quite full.
Does anyone out there know a ruse to get around that? I would like to print some b/w pages but I can't.
