Hello,

My friend brought his MFC-5895 for repair. Same problem "No ink in the ink tubes". Quick FIX when you have 3D printed parts.
But his printer has this problem of only printing in Unidirectional mode, else the text is blurry.

All service manual adjustment done and make no difference.
timing strip is OK

See nozzle check is also out of alignment.

So looking for some help, seems like timing problem of the print head.

I wrote support to Brother.fi The support form but got reply from UK team???
Their resposnse is :

"Thank you for replying to us, It seems the issue is with the print head of the device.

The Serial & Model number provided shows that this machine is no longer within warranty.

Our U.K based office can repair the machine for you, subject to our fair condition policy (which means that the machine is in a repairable and undamaged condition). You will need to send the machine to the office at your own cost and we will inspect the unit before any work is carried out."

So not help at all. Usual promo stuff.
