I've had some difficulty using refilled cartridges on my HP 3700 due to Cartridge Protection.
Apparently, HP got smarter and the chip on the cartridge keeps track of the print count and also links to the printer under "Cartridge Protection".
My refill cartridge (HP 652) is full, but i cannot print.
Has anyone been able to work around this issue?
