HP 78 tri color for photosmart printer

I had my HP color 78 refilled at a local Walgreen's. I have a HP Photosmart 1215.

I have had my black cartridge refilled and I printed with success.

My refilled the HP 78 color cartridge but it won't print.

Is there any way to override the printer reject for this?

I bought an HP color cart #78 from ebay.

The only color that prints is the red.

How can I get the other colors Blue and Yellow to print?

It is a new cartridge not remanufactured or refilled.
