Yes, I Ihad The Same Problem As Bill...pulled And Pulled Until I Read More Of The Thread ...then Stopped Trying To Get The Whole Cartridge Out.

Now that I got the print head out...the best way to clean a clog is to use compressed air?? Or is it OK /better to use a Windex soak?
I did several deep cleanings before I remove the print head without only minor iprovement.

Somar - if a few cleanings and a deep cleaning won't clear a printhead it is time for the next step.
