Several years ago there was a thread about how to get the Pro9000II to stop trying to recognize refilled carts. I don't have a resetter for this printer so before I found the thead, every time I'd put refilled carts in, I'd have to go through this routine where I had to hold the "resume" button down for each cart in turn, as the printer tried to read the status of the carts. After I did what was suggested in the thread, the printer stopped trying to read the cart status and I never had to do the "resume" button routine again.
Tonight I refilled all the carts and when I powered the printer back up it tried to read the carts, just like it did in the beginning. And of course I can't find the thread! Can someone tell me again how to get the printer to stop trying to recognize the carts?
Thanks
