Software, last Windows 10 updates cause this effect, delete them.Ok, you guys are the real experts on this stuff so I will try a follow up question.
When I print photos using the standard Windows 10 menu, a large black stripe appears obscuring most of the centre of the photo. However, when I use a Canon photo print app, they come out fine. Is this a hardware or software issue?
You are correct but it would be more helpful if you detail exactly which update or other workaround would be helpful (eg Windows restore point or back up restoration). Fortunately, Microsoft appears to have an update fix so you do not have to manually delete.last Windows 10 updates cause this effect, delete them.
