I apologize for my poor English!
Do someone know how to fix the problem of lines which appear on prints? They appear every 6cm horizontally.
I have already cleaned the print head several times ( and the print head works well with my another printer.)

I use only original new cartridges without refill...the problem is still visible on b&w text print.

Age, wear and tear could play a part in this type of banding, but so could the timing disk on the left side of the carriageway, it may be worth cleaning it on both sides.

after cleaning of timing disks (which were super dirty), the problem is gone! Thanks a lot @The Hat !!
