A few days ago, my printer stopped working. I had just tried to print something and all the function buttons lit up at the same time. The display is backlit but nothing appears on it and none of the buttons work, including the power.
I had moved the printer downstairs to the living room the night before in order to get a fax (phone line isn't upstairs) and had just brought it back up. I printed two or three other things without an issue, other than they seemed slow to print at the time, then the above happened.
Anyone seen this type of thing before? I'm at a loss as to how to try to fix this. It's not worth taking to a repair person when I can get a new one for less than $100, but I hate to buy another one if this can be fixed fairly easily.
