Well what I mean is for you to remove the year old carts you 've been refilling and start again with a brand new set of OEM carts.
I am not familiar with HP printers as most of us use Canon and Epson but do you carts have chips on them?
On the printer (at least one of the cartridge has a problem, and on the computer solution center says (print cartridge error) ( there is a printer cartridge error)
If it's a bad chip, you really cannot "Fix" that, other than if it's just dirty contacts. If cleaning the contacts does not fix it, then you have to buy new ones. Not much other options.
I have a gallon of bulk ink from premium universal ink from sale@freshinkjets.com, do u know what other printer can I use with this ink, any other easy to refill and reset in case is needed
Universal ink??? Why would you have purchased a whole gallon of ink? I have no idea who makes that ink as you gave an email address and not a web site.
What model? It looks like you use Y-C-M-PK and Pigment K?
So again, why in the heck would have bought a gallon of iffy ink ( Universal inks are iffy )?
Are you refilling your original carts? Or are you using compatible?
You printer is rejecting one or more carts for whatever the reason. One could correctly assume it is a chip or chips causing it.
So that's why I mentioned you should install new ones
