I'm newbie to this ,
simply, I have a G3800 canon printer , it refuses to go to service mode , thus I need the 2 dump files for it , anyone can help , is there any other method ?
Can I use other dump file to let this printer go to service mode ?
Please help me and remember I'm newbie to this .
