I just installed a CISS system on my HP Photosmart c309a. Everything went according to plan except the yellow cartridge is not pulling ink from the resevoir. I've tried using the syringe to "suck" some of the ink into the line, but to no avail. There isn't a hole on the cartridge to put the syringe in other than the connection to the line so I can't "jump start" it that way either (which is what the troubleshooting section of the website for the company I bought the CISS from said to do). Please help!! Any suggestion is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
