BRAND NEW L11050, there is a problem with color cyan.. I already tried 6 head cleaning, 30 minutes interval between head cleaning. and 1 power flush. stopped using for 1 hour. but still there is a hole in Cyan color in nozzle check.
You can try to move a piece of kitchen paper under the printhead and wet the paper with some window cleaner and let it sit there for a while. But beyond that I would go and claim warranty for such a printer since you say it's a new printer.
Hello.
If you use ORIGINAL (native) EPSON inks, then try the “capillary effect” method.
To do this, do a STANDARD head cleaning, but do not print a nozzle test right away, but leave the printer like that for one day.
After a day, print out the nozzle test. Everything should be OK.
