I will always remember a video of a post-surgical lung resection cancer patient smoking out of his tracheostomy. It is addiction. Heroin addicts have said quitting smoking is harder than quitting heroin.

It's an addiction but 95% psychological addiction :)

Not all filaments are toxic instead, we need to have all the knowledge regarding it. So, you can ******************************to get the idea of 3d printers.

If nothing else kills you, old age will. Remember the three score and ten estimate. I understood that PLA was not a problem and ABS should be vented outside where it can kill the weeds. Two years ago I stopped smoking cigarettes thanks to the Vape effect (tastes terrible, still follow smokers down wind). Now governments are banning them (me thinks its due more to tax revenue drops rather than anything else). God bless the experts, bacon bad, bacon OK, Bacon kills, Bacon's good for you - depends on which day you read the paper. I'll stick to my fried breakfast regardless. Vapings bad enough couldn't stomach muesli or granola, bird seed is for the birds. If you print 13Kg ?? of lamp fittings perhaps you shouldn't hover over the printer but there again no one's going to do that are they ? oooooooooooooops

Most 3D printer guys (and gals) know that certain filaments are known to be toxic but after reading this I'll be sticking with PLA when I get my first printer, at least until I have a purpose built area to house the machine.

Hi Redbrickman! Here's an updated issue about 3D printing. I just hope you'll be informed. Still, I would follow those precautionary measures If I were you. Thanks.

Hi Nifty! That would be awesome! Lives are at stake here. We should always be updated about this issue. Thanks a lot, Nifty! Looking forward to the new homepage of PK.
