And, how would you propose filing criminal charges? What would the charges be?
I have consulted an attorney who told be that I could spend upwards of 4000.00 or more and still not get a resolution to the matter. The 4000.00 spent in legal fees would match or surpass the value of the machine. That is why I suggest a class action suit. 10 x 4000.00 would be worth spending 4000.
Then again, if the company were to go bankrupt we probably wouldn't see crap!
