Great advice and observation by @PeterBJ

When some problem appears and then disappears without a full explanation .i.e. intermittent, they often have the characteristic of returning in some fashion.

Thank you for providing the PNG image of the nozzle check. A couple things still show some minor issues.
I have provided both an enhanced luminosity version and an enhanced saturation version of you nozzle check.

The top Cyan bar shows some inconsistencies in both (stripes) and reduced saturation along the top and bottom edge compared to the other color inks.

The luminosity of the BK ink also shows some inconsistency, so I suspect it is not working at 100%

So much better (for whatever reason), yet there are still issues lurking in the background.
