Why oh why is it that some people get so utterly upset that they have to go screaming to Paypal, making all sorts of rather unlikely and ridiculous claims about how they've been "ripped off" and how a software utility has just done the equivalent of repainted the house (the wrong colour), spent thousands on porn and (the ultimate insult) left the loo seat up!! (Oh the humanity!)...
Surely it makes more sense to send a support request explaining that something has gone wrong and ask for help. Sure there's enough rip off artists out there but until you've actually had a bad experience with a specific company, surely it's worth waiting till they've actually woken up! :/
Still trying to work out how a utility caused external damage to a printer though... Did it leap out, grab a hammer and smash the printer to bits? I think not...
