I can see now that learning to read the softproof is the key & then working on it to make it look good on screen ready for printing. Looks like I ahve some homework coming up, thanks for the info.

ThrillaMozilla, I don't know if we were looking at different links, but the Bruce Fraser article that I found there explained soft proofing very well. If anyone is serious about quality photo printing that article is very useful, like most of Bruce Fraser's work.

Yeah, too bad I blew the joke. The YouTube video omits the last step, which ironically is soft proofing.
