Squeeze bottles use Luer Lok needles (twist until tight). Octoink has nice assortment here:

Needles with scabbards (airtight needle caps) come with their bottle kits. You can specify 2" or 1.5" length needles. You need 2" needles for Durchstich fill method.
Otherwise 1.5" will be just fine.
Not necessary to clean needles after filling cartridge. Just replace the cap(scabbard) on the needle. Will then be ready for next use. Regards
