I proudly present you the Fridge method! No needles! No holes! No plugs! No seals! Only a syringe and a fridge!
Here it is:
Step 1. Drip ink in outlet port until the sponge is saturated.
Step 2. Place the cartridge in fridge for couple of hours, outlet port down.
Step 3. Take out the cartridge and place it in a warm place for a couple of hours, outlet port up.
Repeat step 1 to step 3 until you are to bored to continue.
Joke aside, the principle is simple, at cooling the air in spongeless side shrinks and draw ink inside. At warming, it expands and goes into sponge.
After a day I was able to fill about one third of spongeless compartment, so I suppose this is the slowest method ever.
