Marrutt in U.K. offered this ink for Canon users for a long time, but not anymore, the resp. internet pages in the shop only display random text for the ink solutions
http://www.marrutt.com/find-my-printer/canon/canon-s9000
so this ink is almost gone. The Fotonic ink showed up as a pretty fade resistant ink in tests over the last years, but I would asume that the demand dropped to nil over time, typical refill users go for a low price as the main purchasing decision.
The Fotonic XG inks for Epson printers are still available at Marrutt.
The last source I can find for Canon compatible Fotonic inks is smartinks
https://www.smartink.nl/lyson-fotonic-xg-dye-inkt-black.html with other colors available as well.
It's probably time to think about a last buy for those who are using or are interested in this ink.
All other Canon users interested in fade stability may either use the genuine Chromalife inks in cartridges or switch to pigment inks running on Pro 10+ etc printer models, but only A3 or larger.
