Hello,
I tested some supposedly 21w thermals pads of brand name UPSIREN and they were quite good.
Meaning that I used them on 65W and 125W CPU and compared to normal thermal paste like Thermal Grizly Aeronaut or Cooler Master mastergel.
The temperature difference was 1 degree C
Recently I found that UPSIREN makes 24w thermal pads too. Placed order in their official store, 2 weeks later pads arrived.
1mm was packed in bubble wrap good packaging, the 2mm came in separate envelope a bit damaged and seems fake.
The 1mm seems legit 24w, the 2mm seems to be same as 21w purchased previously.
Seller claims there is no problems, so I had to open dispute on aliexpress.
This UPSIREN brand seems to not care about customers. Well time to buy Laird HD9000
