ET-3750 can connect to wifi but not internet, cannot access printer

Greetings,

I have an EPSON ET-3750
-Firmware is up to date
-Can connect to wi-fi, and can validate that device is live on my local network
-Cannot access Epson Direct Connect
-Printer is not visible to computers and mobile devices, hence unavailable for printing
-Have tried cold boot, factory setting reset, hard connect with IP address (which I have reserved specifically for the printer on DHCP)

Any ideas on what I can do?

Did you define your subnetmask and standard gateway address in the printer ? If not you cannot access internet. Use the standard gateway address of your internet modem/router.
