Epson Workforce fatal error code 031004

hi.my printer models epson wf pro c5790. my printer has an error called 031004.

I guess it's an issue with head temperature.

can you help me please.

• Code: 031004, 031005
• Description: • Head temperature error (error code: 031004)
  • X-Hot detect error (at ink replacementtiming) (error code: 031005)
• Causes: Occurs if the head temperature exceeds a set temperature.
  • Head FFC inserted slanted
  • Print head failure
• Remedy: 1 Check the head FFC connection state Check that the head FFC is not inserted slanted.
  Y. Replace the print head
  N. Reassemble

hi. I was careless so I plugged the head sockets in the wrong place. problem solved now.
