Epson RX585 resetting waste ink pad counter - issue with adjustment software

Hi
Last few days I tried to reset my RX585 using adjustment software, but unsuccessfully.
Every and each time its giving me error 2100012C ? (check the screenshot)
So far I tried:

1. compatibility mode, set to XP
2. I have tried using Epson RX580 , RX590 and RX595 adjustment software
3. I have tried it on different PC running operating system windows XP
   Simply, it doesnt work. Any help would be nice.

You could try WIC reset. It is free to download and to get some info about the printer from, but to reset the waste ink counter you will have to buy a reset key at 10 $, The Epson RX585 is on the list of supported printers. WIC reset works with Windows, but versions for MacOS and Linux are also available.
