I think there is an option in the windows printer properties to print directly to the printer without any spooling. Can you try this and report back the results? What is your CPU usage during printing? One more thing to see if the problem is windows (software) or hardware related is try the printer with a Linux running computer. If you don't have one you can use a LIVE CD to boot linux without any installations.

I tried this option to print directly .it is not effective .for CPU usage is very normal . and usually I closed all unnesessry windows during printing. I didn't try Linux computer.as I don't have one. Thank you.
