USA Version T220XL1-T220XL4 CISS System With Chip For Epson XP-420 XP-424 XP-320 WF-2630 WF-2650 WF-2660 WF-2750 WF-2760 (Same comments as from Bomazd Injet Printer Supplies Store above)
Maybe I've just been careful or lucky, but I haven't had a bad experience with AliExpress yet.
A couple other comments relevant to this thread:
The chips that have a button reset on the CISS systems get around the problem of cascading empty signals from the different colors since all are reset at once. These seem to be used mostly for CISS but I have seen them used for individual refillable cartridges with individual reset buttons.
As I mentioned before, the particular CISS systems I used required the printer to be kept powered on because powering off or cancelling a print job would require a chip reset and trigger a printer ink charging cycle.
I used to assume that all these companies were selling the same product from the same manufacturer, but I now now that is not always the case. For the Epson T220 inks I have samples from 5 different suppliers from Alibaba, and among them there are 3 distinctly different molded tank configurations and 3 distinctly different single-use chips.
The legal disputes between Epson and the refillable cartridge and CISS chip suppliers have been going on for many years, but last month a major chip supplier (Apex) told me directly that they can no longer supply Epson chips to the US market. They can still supply Epson chips to Canada and many other parts of the world, and they can still supply Canon and Brother chips to the US market, but no more Epson chips (re-settable or single use).
