Epson L850 - Head Clogged or damaged?

I've swapped them by changing order in print head. so tubing was also changed.
I've found video that someone is deliding that metal part from head to fix it because there is a leakage between colors and the gluing it under microscope. and before that operation when he flushes the C the water comes out from the M inlet. I think same thing happened with my head when I was flushing it.

so it's repairable but not for my skills

I wouldn't know at this point how to proceed other than replacing the printhead
