Hi sev33. there is no firmware restore option by WIC. but i did contact Epson directly and they assisted me as i had all the printer papers. Thanks

There is available free option for Firmware Recovery

if there is a forum user using the same model, he can register and share the printer's EERPOM with you using the PrintHelp program.
