Hello guys i installed my ink today and it says Install the Following ink cartridge's and shows all the color what should i have to inorder to fix it i did the reset didn't work help me out

Give us a link to what you bought. Did they come with chips?

I would try installing your OEM cartridges and see if they still work. Make sure all the contacts are clear on the new ones. Make sure the lid is closing properly. May have to tape it down.

i did put the OEM and they work fine with no problem

Hey the Aritsan doesn't come with original pigment based ink!

About 2/3rds the way down the website says:
Our high quality UV resistant dye-based ink will match the results from your original pigment based ink.

but my printer gives an error i don't print that many pictures is just on top of dvd thats all

Sorry. You may have to wait for a response from the seller to resolve this. I've had really good luck with this seller though.
