Yup... Rihac.com.au
I've spoken about Sam and their products before so I don't want to be doing the impression of a shill rep' giver.. The key bits to note are:
- are you sure the CIS kit comes with compatible ARC's
- are you happy with the installation procedure (does it involve modifying the case or is there a switch cover, magent, etc... to avoid the problem?
- documentation and post sales support?
On all those Rihac comes top... Others may too but I know that in terms of ARC's they'll replace ones that have been superceded by Epson updating their printer firmware (something they do every few months)... The installation process provides a number of approaches including a workaround which avoids the issues of case drilling, etc.. Finally documentation is second to none.. Comprehensive and well written.
That's just my opinion and my experience so take it with a pinch of the white salty stuff and cast around but I'd definitely be asking those three questions of any reseller... and I'd especially want to test their understanding of how the kits actually work... Some eBay sellers are clueless morons frankly.
