Epson 4000 Paper Waste

Can anyone offer a solution for fixing the paper waste on my Epson 4000? Whenever I print, it usually rolls off about 4 or 5 inches of film before printing.

Sorry it seems like there isn't a lot of experience with that printer. Maybe try a search for members with that model and shoot them a message?
