None of my blacks are printing out correctly. Every time I print black it comes out grey. I've tried so many different things out to try and fix the issue. I've turned off color management, even tried to only print b&w - still coming out grey. I'm currently using a matte stock paper and using both matte and photo black doesn't change the result. Is there something I'm missing? This is all very new to me and trying to put the pieces together correctly with the printer/ ink/ and ink system all coming from different places is quite difficult. I appreciate any help I can get!

I presume you already printed a nozzle check page to see if any of the black nozzles are not clogged at all ? And if so: did you see a gradiënt from very dark, medium dark and light dark nozzle lines of the corresponding nozzles. I one have a wrong ink from Octopus Office and I had photo black in in the light light black position and I discovered this when checking the nozzle printout.

Yes, I resorted to several power cleaning cycles and each time has brought the black out a bit more but now I get these tiny white lines running across the print? Do you think I might need to do one more cleaning cycle to resolve this?

No, just wait a few hours before trying again. sometimes the clogging is caused by air bubbles, which sometimes go away after a few hours of of waiting. NEVER use the automatic nozzle check, as it initiate a cleaning automatically if the nozzles are not pefect. Sometimes waiting can solve the "clogging".

This is something I learned the hard way with 2 Epson R280 dead by trying to "unclog" them. It is common on Epson this why many users report clogs in ther printers. An overnight waiting time is Ok, in the morning just try a deep clean, with some luck it could produce a perfect nozzle check.
