Just recently, my epson printer show this most of the time at the startup and in the process of printing:

Error ink in Epson by Soweic Design & Print, on Flickr

I am using CIS, is this issue about the chip or can be other things?

Currently, what I can do to continue my printing is to press that 'How to...' button till it comes to finish or press the tear drop button on the printer till the red light disappear.

All of them! LOL
It's your Black Chip.

What type of CISS is it and from whom? Looks like a common chip recognition problem!
Do the carts/dampers have a separate chip bar with a push reset button or are the chips part of the carts and are auto reset?

It has a separate chip with a push reset button. It's from a local seller. Sometimes all the 6 colors crossed out, then I have to do as mention above to get rid of this.

So... a local seller where?

The two type of push button chip bar CISS will either:

Reset each color when ever one goes empty. At which time ALL colors will error out. You then press the ink button to move the carriage to ink change position and them press your reset button. The press the ink button again and if successful the red light on your printer panel will go out and the printer will do a purge cycle and ready itself to print. Only the empty color will be reset.

The second type of chip bar will also show ALL colors error out when one it empty BUT will reset ALL colors including those partially used up.
These are the very best chip bar systems.

If you actually reach "Empty" on your black and the reset procedure I described does not fix it then your CISS is malfunctioning and you should return it!

It's in Cambodia. It's a no-name CISS. I don't want to go to the seller as he always say this board, that board, this chip, that chip might be wrong and ask to replace them.
The error happen frequently during the printing and after paper print finish, so to start another print I have to do that again and again.
Yes, I can fix as you describe to have the printers go on again, but after a moment of printing this issue will re-occur.

If this is about the CISS, may you recommend one for this type of printer?
