Eco Tank 8550 Roller Issue

Hi i am getting these roller marks on my prints I am using the Eco Tank 8550. It is in the direct centre of the print, think its the feeder roller? Can anyone confirm this and what is the best way to clean it?

you can some A4 sheets of copy paper and wet it in the middle with some window cleaner and feed it through e.g. by printing a white 1 pixel image file.
Have you been using preprinted papers before ?

Could it be that you are preprinting paper sheets e.g. with a graphic, and then print again on the same sheet something else - e.g. something personalized - some action which let the roller come into contact with that ink, or did you use something else from where the roller could pick up some contamination ?
