If you have placed an order with them well they must exist.

Your order must have gone astray or got lost have you checked to see if you were charge for your purchase.
Why dont you get in touch with them using Email and voice your complaint that way.

Use this link and then report back when you have made contact please, their answer should be very interesting.
Email: support@inksupply.com :)

Have they accepted your order yet i.e. did you get an Order number or have they taken your money yet.
Another thing, Have you tried their Live Support i.e. Chat Invitation to speak to Rose Live or is that link dead also.

Two months and no delivery? You should not have waited for so long. Where are you located? You should have received a shipment in about a week if you are in America. Two weeks would have been the max to wait. If you did not receive a shipment in two weeks and your phone calls got you no where you should contact your credit card bank and request for a reverse charge to get your money back. Well, if you charged a credit card this would have been easy to reverse charge. But after two months your credit card bank probably won't help you any more.

I just tried this and was told that they were closed last week for the Holiday and that they are now open. I pointed to this webpage and was told "I see that he emailed us and I'm looking over the email but it seems that the order has not shipped because we did not recieve a full payment."

Hopefully, it can be resolved now.

I've used them, never had a problem like this. I've always received my orders within the parameters they stipulate. Most companies aren't able to make promises if you are out of the country though- pretty standard. Also, depending on how you pay can make a difference. Such as, if you make a partial payment or use Paypal and something goes array, that will hold up (again, pretty standard stuff though). Do you have any correspondence at all with them? I've had to use their customer/tech support in the past; sometimes it might take 24hrs, but as long as there weren't extenuating circumstances (i.e., a holiday in the week) they got back with me in a very reasonable amount of time.
Good Luck!! :)

When I purchased my ink from Inksupply (MIS) their service and delivery were very good. Haven't dealt with them for years now as I prefer Precision Colors. Guaranteed that the ink is Image Specialist and the owner is a long time contributor to our forum with his knowledge of inkjet printer issues.

MIS is an old company that sells Image Specialists inks. They have had the reputation for supplying authentic IS inks. Precisioncolors, however, sells home brewed inks along with IS inks without clearly disclosing that some of their inks are in fact home brew until it was questioned on this forum. Besides, Precisioncolors is in Canada. They have to pay more in freight plus importation duty and custom fees. But they undersell US IS distributors significantly for the same inks. Why? Lower price is of course welcomed. But I can't find a logic why they continuously undersell US distributors.

I'm only playing devil's advocate when I pose the next logical question, why does MIS continue to charge more for the same ink? Given the advantage of no duty and less shipping charges they could at least match the price. I suspect that MIS is a larger organization, has been giving tech advice for many years, carries additional inksets (possibly not IS inks as they do not guarantee any of their inks are IS) and use these facts to justify a higher price. I would repeat that my experience with their service was fine when I bought from them.

Also, as I understand the "home brew issue", Precision did this to improve on the color response of certain of the IS inks. I've never had occaion to use his "home brews", but I would expect that he identifies them as opposed to the straight IS products. Most important, let us not denigrate "home brews." I've made some really fine home brew steam beer, British bitters, and stout in my clandestine brewery, otherwise known as our kitchen. Anywhere from 5 to15 gallons at a time. Tastes a whole lot better than home brew inkjet inks!
