Does anybody know the source of this B/W test picture?

Does anybody know the source of this test picture to determine colour cast? It is one I downloaded, I don't remember from where, and I would like to reread instructions for use. The file is named Girl_Sheet_Colors_Test.jpg. The original file is one MB size. Click to enlarge:

Looks like the CANON Pattern print!
The CANON plugin for photoshop will produce this type of print with your image.
Other than that I do not know where this particular one may have come from

I don't know the source. But i am interesetd in learning about toning BW digital images / prints. Where is a good place to start? I do not use PS, but i have ohter programs.

Slackercruster, The pattern print function is not a file you can get.
It is from the Canon Easy Print Pro plugin that it's installed into Photoshop. You open up your image and go to file / export / Canon Easy Print Pro and the image with open up inside the plugin. Then you can choose pattern print.
