do we need to use weak solvent-based cleaning fluid when cleaning the print head of pro10?

I read a sentence in the Canon pro-10 service manual: Use new oil-based ink. Does it mean that lucia pro ink is oil-based ink? If so, should the fluid we use to clean the print head also be a weak solvent cleaning fluid? Because it is the only one that can clean oil-based inks. Currently fluids like w5 are for dye inks. I recently got a pro10 and used water-based dye cleaner (brand: inkmate) and found that the cleaning effect is really not as good as on other print heads, and the effect of longer soaking time is also average, do we need to use weak solvent-based cleaning fluid when cleaning the print head of pro10?

The simple answer is no, water based cleaners like W5 or Fairy washing up liquid are more than capable of doing the job without harming the nozzles, anyway there shouldn’t be a need to externally clean the Pro 10 head, the printer does a much better job itself, if it ain’t broke…

@jbhtjbht : where have you found a service manual for the Pro-10 ?. AFAIK it isn't available to the public and nobody, outside of Canon, has been able to get one.
I can't believe that a genuine Canon service manual says that the Pro10 uses oil based ink. The printer was released almost ten years ago and it's the first time that I read something like that.
Rest assured, as @The Hat said, all Canon inkjet printers use water based ink. Printers for solvent inks are a totally different beast.

@jbhtjbht I wonder, do you mean a user manual or have you really found a service manual? I think the "new oil based ink" is a misunderstanding or a translation error. I have seen "oil based ink" confused with pigmented but waterbased ink in a post from the East.

Do you have a link for download? preferably to an English version but I am also inrterested in Chinese versions and will then try Google translate and other online translators to understand the manual.

I think many owners of the newer Canon printers would like to know which version of the service tool to use to reset the ink absorber counter and which procedure should be used to enter service mode.

It seems that some service manuals for newer Canon printers are on the web. Here is a preview of a commercial download for the Canon G1000 ink tank printer.

Regarding the oil based ink I think it is a translation error or misunderstanding. It is explained in this post by @thanhhuy123.
