Do any of the Canon tank printers have a code to reset the ink pad when full? If so, what ones do.
A general statement for all Canon printers is just not possible, it depends on the product model. Your printer might be listed in the WicReset software, and you need to replace the waste ink pads yourself. Other printers have a maintenance box - with a chip. Resetters might be available from China, maintenance boxes might be available from China as well at rather low prices.

Can provide a little insight in this. For now at least, most maintenance box units seem to have a respective resetter.

At least some Canon G series printers can be reset without a service tool. See this thread.
This is the way.
I was quite surprised to find the device manuals in the wild and for free.

Also just to confirm I reset 2 x G4600s today.
I also set one of them to 30% to confirm functionality and that too, worked correctly.
You can partially replace ink pad assemblies and set the desired % as you see fit.
