Thats the only A4 photo paper I use for both dye and pigment inks and I find it excellent.

I usually get two or three packs @ 7.99 a pack when its in stock locally in the Lidl store.
The Aldi store is 35Km always so I dont bother going there..

It seems that this photo paper was offered simultaneously in Denmark, United Kingdom and Ireland. Maybe it was offered in other countries as well? So it might be a good idea to post a notice next time Aldi or Lidl offers this paper in ones own country.

Even if some people consider newsletters a form of "legalized spam" I think subscribing to Aldi/Lidl newsletters could be a good idea. That way you won't miss the offer and the newsletters can be deleted after reading. :)

As I mentioned before the german ebay seller ac-concept is offering sihl 280g high-glossy and silk-surface papers without its Sihl original envelope for cheap prices

Here you go:

Just a heads up though; I too had a chance of trying the 280g glossy from Lidl (it's rebranded to "United Office" in my country, but still says Sihl on the back so it should be the same), and although it's perfect with pigment inks, I did a quick direct sun exposure test and both OCP and Fotorite (Rihac?) dye inks faded badly in less than a week, whereas the same inks used on other papers placed next to it faded noticeably less...

Here is another very good glossy paper if you are interested, albeit incompatible with pigments. It's not excessively glossy as the Sihl 280g is, and although "only" 260g it's thicker that the Sihl (and at 3.54gbp per 25 A3 it should be a bargain for those in the UK):

Thanks costadinos for the link but the Sihl photo paper is still cheaper in Lidl.

As far as the ink fading is concerned it doesnt really matter, just print another one or keep your photo out of the sun. :clap
