Colour fading in food dyes worse than in printer dyes

These two images illustrate that colour fading in food dyes is worse than in printer ink dyes.

The faded one is of the current state of the card mounted year old saved cake top.

The unfaded one is of a printed photo of the cake when new.

Well St Patrick's day is coming up. Should allow you to make a few gallons of green beer.

Make sure the green falls in the sRGB colour space. :weee RS

Trust me, if it’s out of colour Gamut, it won’t go to waste either..:plbb :plbb :love

If the cake is faded it's too old to be eaten ! That's built in safety precaution.
