CISS - cyan stopped flowing

hello, Im new to CISS printing so please be patient of me

I bought ciss a few weeks ago and everything worked perfect until two days ago when suddenly the cyan stopped flowing... the air lock on the ink tank got dirty and there is air bubble in the tube near the cartridge and even multiple head cleanings didnt help...

I got recommendation from the seller:

you need to get the air out of the tube, put the cart out, insert the syringe to the air-balance lock hole of the ink tank, remember insert the syringe with some air space on top and do it over the sink.
draw the syringe back as the ink with go up, push down(do it slowly), and do it a few time and you will see the air goes back to the ink tank.

Same thing happened to me. Check the line going to the cartridge. Mine was crimped at a 90 degree angle and the crimp in the line prevented ink flow. Remove the clip that affixes the line to the cartridges, straight out the lines and leave for several hours to let the crimp relax. Once the crimp is gone, you should be able to draw ink through the cartridge.
