Chosing between the Canon Pro-100 and G-4200 for printing CD sleeves

For what it's worth, a Pro-100 prints very well on uncoated card stocks. We use Neenah environment 80 or 100 lb. cover all the time. Just make sure the grain is short, or running the short dimension of your sheet. If you buy from a paper merchant, they'll have what's called Digital Ready stock, some for inkjet and some for xerographic machines . It's always short grain.

It's always short grain.
All general retail purchased papers are always long grain, and in my experience, you must specify your grain preference when buying from paper merchants, otherwise it too will be long grain...

That is usually the case, unless the box says Digital. then it's short grain;)
