Cartridge chip show/ do not show ink level on ARC chip

One time use chips are fine for disposable carts. But they end up being about 1/2 to 1/3 the cost of OEM with questionable ink sources.

The chip above is sold as a non disposable product intended for multiple time usage.

My intention is to use the chip with these cartridges, so that it can refill them with my ink kit.
