I have a canon imagerunner c5185. it's leaving pink dots on all the color prints. i've changed the toner, used the clean inside unit function and opened everything up to blow out with air. i can't get the dots to go away.

@Kelly Krager, Hey that’s a new one on me, I’ve heard of pink Elephants but not pink dots before.

The only information I have on something similar is with white dots, and it goes...
If the problem is not solved after printing a few pages, the drum unit may have glue from label stock on the photosensitive drum surface.

If toner or glue remains stuck, wipe it off with a cotton swab and if the drum is scratched then replace the drum, I do have cleaning instruction but its for a Mono unit and not a colour one... :hu
