You said it, brother! It will be a shot in the arm for Cleveland. There has already been talk if the Cavs are in the championship then the Republican convention will have to be moved to a different date or location.

LeBron James and Johnny "Football" Manziel both in Cleveland? They are buddies. The dope is LeBron may want to play football with Manziel and the Browns when he leaves basketball. Craaazy.

I hope James, Owner Gilbert, and the fans can forgive / forget previous transgressions when James left Cleveland in the past. Winning cures all ills.

Are we supposed to understand this foreign language?:)

Not a single word, Emu. Like we say in the States, it's inside baseball.

More confused now? :th

LeBron James is a premier basketball player from the Cleveland area who played for the Cleveland Cavaliers but left a few years ago to chase his dream of winning a championship. James departure lacked a certain grace and left some fans with a bad taste. The Cav's owner Gilbert and James also had a soured relationship. James went on to win with the Miami Heat out of Florida, but was not happy with management, and now he is back with the Cavaliers.

Johnny Manziel, fresh out of college, was drafted in the first round by the Cleveland Browns football team. (we're talking American football, not "soccer") He is talented and may become a premier quarterback in the league.

Manziel and James are buddies.

The Cleveland motto!

The Browns already resemble that remark and the first regular season game hasn't been played! :he We scored against the Bear's 2nd and 3rd stringers on Thursday. The 1st string Bears didn't play! I fear the beating we will receive from Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh next week.

I'd give you a Like but can't. It hurts just reading it.

Cleveland haven't won just yet...:woot :p

I don’t know much about American football but if you want to see real action on the pitch then tune into the All-Ireland senior hurling final between Kilkenny and Tipperary on September 7, it’s on satellite..
It’s sort of football but with Shillelagh sticks :celebrate

My wife was a season ticket holder for 40 years...the seats were under Art Modell's "loge" in the old baseball stadium and fans below would send up a tethered balloon marked "JUMP ART, JUMP!".

Froze my as* off during late season games, while ducking flying beers and fist-fights with Pittsburgh "fans"...

While there are still some good service out there. I was using clear refillable 364,s in a HP and the ink which came with them. seemed OK but started to get the banding typical of poor cart feeding, yet carts were full. This went on for several weeks and then the printer just stopped printing.

I rang the HP service centre they asked a lot of questions ( I never mentioned the carts) they then asked me to go through various tests in all it took best part of an hour. I was told faulty head M/C still in warranty and a NEW one would be sent. This duly arrived from France and with a set of Starter Carts. All was well again.

My Honda car is years out of warrantee yet have had 2 recalls for 1 mechanical part and a window switch. There was an accident in South Africa I believe. The window was down sudden rainstorm caused a short, car caught fire and I believe a child died. My son has the same model but newer but still out of warranty and his was called in for a bearing between the engine/gearbox costs £100's

The printer industry in the main operates differently you must have done something wrong its your fault so pay up. Whats the answer ? buy the basic cheapest and chuck it away as soon as it causes problems

Jump Art! Hilarious!

Was in that loge for one of the rock festivals back in high school. Nice to have a bathroom and close up parking. :D

I was in school with Art's kids. The older one John was a good kid but you never hear of him. His younger brother David followed in his father's shoes.

I got Cablevision so I could stay at home warm and fed. I suffered right along with you during the 70's and the Steel Curtain. My best friend at College was a Steelers fan and took every opportunity to twist the knife. I'm still waiting for the Browns to return and dominate Pittsburgh again.

Do you recall the name of the pizza place (restaurant, bar and a drive through liquor store if I remember correctly) directly across the street from the school/dorms and delivered to the dorms back in the 1970's? Have tried to remember it but cannot.
