- Anyone can give me reasons why I get a blinking PM light after refill and reset (solid when I place it in the printer, close the door, then blinking yellow light, then open door noticing PM light blinking). This happens with both PM cartridges (one original and one from Precisioncolors).

Most likely the chips on the PM cartridges have gone bad. Canon chips can fail for no apparent reason, but it is a rare occurrence. A resetter that is defective or running low on battery can also cause the chip to fail. If your resetter is battery powered, I suggest to replace the battery. Maybe static discharge when handling the cartridge can also damage the chip.
