- Canon Pixma Pro 100
Hello forum,
Just found this forum when doing online research about my printer problem.
I just got a used Canon Pixma pro 100 for cheap price few days ago. When I setup the printer I saw a spring located at the rear tray, it might be damaged during transportation. Now my printer can take paper from manual tray but cannot from rear tray (automatic tray) on the top of the printer. I tried to do roller cleaning but it doesn't help. I though the spring will help to push paper to the paper feeder mouth so se roller can full paper from tray. Any idea where the spring is located and how to fix it? Any input will be appreciated.
P/s: Sorry if my English is not clear enough.
Danny
